Position Details

CHRH Kyneton Health requires an Administration Officer to support the growing Allied Health Department and Ambulatory Care Services. The successfull applicant will be responsible for supporting Allied Health clinical staff with administration tasks including: processing referrals, booking appointments, letters and documentation, invoicing and billing and the overall administration operation within the Ambulatory Care Centre. The role will include working face to face with the community and clinicians as well as working with confidential medical records. You will be part of a multidisciplinary clinical and administration team.

Proficiency with patient management software and public health related terminology and process is encouraged.

Details of Appointment: Permanent part-time position working 64 hours per fortnight

Salary: HS2 $33.79 per hour + superannuation
