About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a qualified Dietitian for a Grade 1 casual leave cover position working at our Warrnambool Campus to achieve discipline outcomes and best practice. While working within our highly skilled and supportive multi-disciplinary department, the role focuses on providing effective and efficient evidence based Nutrition services to patients.

The positions responsibilities include but are not limited to; accurately assessing and implementing appropriate clinical management for patients, prioritising and managing a caseload effectively and maintaining statistics and records. The workload includes Inpatient services, and  Community and Outpatient services.

The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to, participate in department meetings, trainings and quality programs as well as assisting with reviewing and developing educational resources.

What you bring

Applicants should hold appropriate tertiary qualifications and be eligible for membership as an Accredited Practising Dietitian. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate well-developed organisational, communication skills, clinical skills and an ability to work in partnership with others. A current Victorian driver's licence is required.
