About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is excited to welcome an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our vibrant and supportive team. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in people's lives by working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, patient centred care.
This flexible role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic ward-based environment in Camperdown, as we providing therapy in the new facility - Leura Aged Care residents and community clients at Manifold Place. You'll work as a part of the wider SWH team of 22 Physiotherapists, 9 Allied Health Assistants, and 2 Exercise Physiologists (24 EFT in total).
What you bring
We are looking for a Physiotherapist who can deliver a broad range of clinical services, including assessment, referral, and treatment, across diverse client needs and settings. You will bring:
- Experience in providing patient centred care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- A sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and contemporary clinical practice
