  • Salary Range: $104,135 - $118,981 per annum, plus superannuation

Join South West Healthcare's Dental Service and play a key role in delivering high quality, community based oral health care across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oral Health Therapist to step into a senior position, combining advanced clinical practice with leadership, supervision, and service improvement.

Working across our modern facilities in Warrnambool and surrounding districts, you will support the delivery of accessible dental services while contributing to improved oral health outcomes for our community.

 What you will be doing

  • Deliver advanced clinical oral health care within scope of practice
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to the Oral Health Therapy workforce
  • Contribute to service planning, quality improvement, and best practice initiatives
  • Participate in oral health promotion and community education activities
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care

What you bring

  • Qualification eligible for registration as an Oral Health Therapist with AHPRA
  • Significant clinical experience as an Oral Health Therapist
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
  • Ongoing professional development and knowledge of contemporary dentistry
  • Understanding of public dental health principles
  • Current Working with Children Check and valid driver's licence
