- Salary Range: $120,416.40 - $124,472.40 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking motivated and skilled Registered Nurse/Midwife to cover a parental leave position as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM).
The ANUM position is responsible for the promotion and maintenance of clinical standards, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, strategic and effective cost management, supervision of staff and contribution to the overall management of the unit. The role may also present the opportunity to act for the Nurse Unit Manager when required.
What you bring
- A Registered Nurse holding a current Registration Certificate as required by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Role models the South West Healthcare values.
- A minimum of four years post graduate nursing experience within the Acute area.
- Demonstrated excellent clinical assessment skills and evidence of recent advanced nursing care of patients.
- Demonstrated strong clinical, safety and professional standards within the area of professional application.
- Demonstrated commitment/evidence of commitment to professional development of self and others.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability in decision making, role model, problem solving and supervising staff.
