About the role

South West Healthcare is excited to introduce a new Menopause Clinic program and is seeking a passionate Medical Officer to join this innovative 12-month funded initiative.

This unique opportunity offers the chance to be part of establishing and delivering a dedicated specialist service supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with specialist gynaecologists and allied health professionals to develop a patient-centred model of care that responds to the needs of women across our region.

The role will involve supporting referral triage, well woman health assessments, clinical reviews and helping women access the most appropriate care pathways for their individual needs.

As an integral member of this newly established service, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to community engagement, education initiatives and the ongoing development of the clinic, helping improve awareness, access and outcomes for women's health.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new service from the ground up while making a meaningful difference to women's health in our community.
