Position Details

We are accepting applications for a Clinical Pharmacist who has recent experience in the hospital sector to join our clinical services team on a casual employment contract.

Role Statement

The Clinical Pharmacist is an integral member of Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH), working with clinicians of all disciplines in the organisation to provide a holistic pharmacy service for inpatients and outpatients according to pharmacy standards and legislation. The Clinical Pharmacist contributes to the operational delivery of pharmacy services across CHRH optimising outcomes for patients and ensuring services are quality, cost effective and patient centred.

About CHRH:

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
