As a Victorian Government-backed organisation, we provide trusted services that help people plan, protect, and manage their affairs with confidence, ensuring peace of mind when it matters most.
About the Role
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented IT Business Administrator to join our Information Services team. This is an opportunity to work across IT procurement, financial administration, vendor coordination and reporting, helping the team stay organised and focused on delivering key technology initiatives.

With a mix of coordination, problem-solving and continuous improvement, you'll help ensure the team has the information and support it needs to operate effectively.
What you'll bring
You're someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, keeping information accurate and making sure things get done. You're comfortable managing competing priorities, following up with stakeholders and taking ownership of tasks, while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate an issue.
You'll also bring:
- Experience in IT administration, procurement or operational support.
- Confidence coordinating suppliers, processing invoices and supporting financial administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
Experience with IT assets, software licences, contract administration, procurement systems or ServiceNow would be an advantage.

- Health and well-being programs
- Flexible working conditions
- Education assistance
