• Salary commensurate with experience, range: $66,171 – $85,630 (pro rata) plus superannuation

About the role:
This is an exciting new role within our Online Communications team. As part of the recent Access to Justice review, we are now the central point for all legal information for Victorians. As part of this new organisational role, we're looking for an Online Content Coordinator to develop, publish and maintain content for our websites, intranet and social media channels. You will plan and coordinate regular audits and make recommendations on content development to ensure content is relevant and up to date.

You will also be responsible for the development and delivery of training to staff on a variety of topics including writing for the web, social media use and web accessibility best practice. You will also work closely with staff within Strategic Communications to support team initiatives and contribute to both operational and project work.

About you:
You will hold a relevant qualification and have experience working with a content management system, as well as the ability to edit complex content into plain English and to a style guide. You will also have demonstrated experience using web analytics tools to create reports.

Crucial to your success in this role will be your highly developed written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deliver training and advice to staff as well as managing multiple corporate social media channels and adapting content to suit different audiences and formats. You will also have the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while working in a high-pressure environment.
