Position Details

About the role:
Applying human-centred design principles, you will be part of a small, highly skilled and multi-disciplinary self-organising team working on both new and existing client access technology and services. You will lead problem identification and user research, prototype solutions, and improve the design of services and processes.

About you:
You will have demonstrated experience in user-centred design and design thinking methods including ideation workshops, user analysis, creating personas, customer journey mapping, and UX sketching. You will also have a high level of proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Invision and/or Adobe products.

You will have high level interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to form productive professional relationships and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients at all levels. You will be able to work effectively in complex environments characterised at times by embedded practices, uncertainty and the need to negotiate with stakeholders. You will have sound analysis skills, including an ability to think laterally and innovatively in problem solving and providing solutions.
