In this role you will facilitate pro-active early intervention and return to work strategies for employees to achieve safe and sustainable return to work following injury. Importantly, you will also be required to advise and assist managers to address work place issues such as conflict and work related psychological injuries.

Position Details

Some of your duties will include:

  • Liaising and/or consulting with injured employees, their managers and treatment providers about work capacity and monitoring recovery;
  • Assisting injured employees, and ensuring their managers meet return to work obligations under legislation;
  • Assist with resolving any return to work related issues or disputes.

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • At least 3 years experience in Injury Management or a related field;
  • Experience and relevant qualification in occupational rehabilitation, psychology or allied health would be highly regarded;
  • You will be able to demonstrate your experience in managing people along with high level communication, influencing and negotiation skills,
