Position Details

Your duties will include:

  • Sorting, scanning, verifying and processing of invoices via an invoice automation system.
  • Ad hoc administrative office tasks.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and assist other staff when required, often using own judgement and knowledge to solve service delivery problems.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment with a strong customer focus.

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Experience in invoice automation processing
  • Experience in Oracle Financials - Accounts Payable and Purchasing
  • An understanding of the customer service requirements of the position and a demonstrated record of strong commitment and achievement in meeting customer needs.

Requirements and relevant information:

  • Your usual place of work will be within the Accounts Payable Unit but you may be required to work in other units within the Corporate Finance Department. 
  • Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
  • One (1) full time, ongoing position available.
