Position Details

  • VPSG2 range  $50,077 - $64,307 + super + leave loading
  • Full time, fixed term (until 21/12/2018) position available
  • Working within the North West Metro Region, initial duty at the Melbourne DIU.

About the Role:

On a daily basis you will be actively involved in managing and updating the intelligence and other databases.

  • You will be a valued member of the team;
  • Your database skills will be relevant in this role;
  • Your Excel skills will be utilised in the role;
  • Your interpersonal service skills will be essential when dealing with internal and external customers. 

Some of your duties will involve:

  • Experience in a range of administrative support duties, preparation of reports on a monthly basis
  • Good computer skills, particularly in relation to word processing, excel, data entry and database management.
  • Knowledge of or experience in meeting a high level of customer service to internal and external clients

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Proven administrative background;
  • Sound interpretive and analytical skills;
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills;
  • Ability to contribute in a team environment.

Your usual place of work will be at Melbourne DIU at the Melbourne West Police Complex located at 313 Spencer St, Melbourne; however you may be required to work at any other location within the division.
