Position Details

  • VPSG3 range $65,713 - $79,790 p.a. + super + leave loading

  • Working within the Logistical Support Division, Operational Infrastructure  Department located at Collingwood*



About the role:

The Project Administrator will provide administration duties as part of a team for one or more projects, policies, programs, processes, systems, and stakeholder relationships.

 

Some of your duties will include:

  • Co-ordinate and/or participate in a range of complex project activities using appropriate research techniques and methods and contribute to the ongoing monitoring of project outcomes and methodology;
  • Develop and maintain processes, systems and accurate records and produce relevant management reports;
  • Provide a range of office and administrative support services and equipment, maintenance of office equipment register, stores, stationary procurement and the establishment and maintenance of an effective filing system;
  • Effectively manage and maintain office systems identify the need for and creating new systems;
  • Determine priorities, meet strict deadlines and effectively balance competing demands with minimal supervision, working independently or as a member of a team.

 

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Great interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders and work well within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem solving and proactive work practices; and
  • Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)



Requirements and relevant information:

*Your usual place of work will be within the Logistical Support Division, Operational Infrastructure Department, however you may be required to work at any other division within the Department as required.
