The role will provide crucial support for LSD Group Manager, senior management team and senior project managers in providing secretariat, research and communication coordination support across the division.

Position Details

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining processes, systems and accurate records and produce relevant management reports;
  • Providing a range of office and administrative support services, maintenance of office equipment register, stores, stationary procurement and the establishment and maintenance of an effective filing system;
  • Effectively manage and maintain office systems identify the need for and creating new systems;
  • Co-ordinating and/or participate in a range of complex project activities using appropriate research techniques and methods and contribute to the ongoing monitoring of project outcomes and methodology;
  • Determining priorities, meet strict deadlines and effectively balance competing demands with minimal supervision, working independently or as a member of a team.

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Great interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders and work well within a team environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem solving and proactive work practices;
  • Competent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Requirements and relevant information:
