Position Details

  • VPSG3 range $65,713 - $79,790 p.a. + super + leave loading
  • Full time, ongoing/ fixed term  (up until 31/03/2019) position available
  • Working within the State Emergencies and Support Command located at the Victoria Police Centre, 637 Flinders Street, Docklands

About the role:

As part of the extension to the Metropolitan Mobile Radio (MMR) Service Agreement with Motorola Solutions Australia Pty Ltd, a terminal /refresh program will be undertaken for MMR radios.

The main responsibilities of this position includes but is not limited to Project administrator assisting with delivering logistical coordination and implementation of the MMR terminal refresh.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Project Officer and Divisional administrative support
  • Assisting in planning and executing all associated deliverables for the MMR terminal refresh
  • Maintaining project records in relation to the schedule, risks and issues, scope and governance


As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to effectively manage and maintain office systems, identify the need for and create new systems as appropriate
  • Appropriate research techniques and contribute to the ongoing project outcomes and methodology


Requirements and relevant information:

*Your usual place of work will be within the State Emergencies and Support Command; however you may be required to work at any other division within the State Emergencies and Support Command as required.
