Position Details

About the role:

The role is part of a growing and dynamic team working on the development of Mental Health initiatives to support employees across the organisation.

A Project Administrator is required to work with a team of Project Officers and Clinicians in the Human Resource Department with specific focus on Mental Health projects in line with the Mental Health Review recommendations. The key duties of the role will be to provide high level support to the Program Office and participate in a range of project activities assisting in the development of end to end products.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining processes, maintaining accurate records and producing relevant management reports
  • Providing a range of office and administrative support services, maintenance of office equipment, procurement and the establishment and maintenance of office systems
  • Coordinating and/or participating in a range of project activities using appropriate research techniques and methods, and contribute to the ongoing monitoring of project outcomes
  • Ensuring strict deadlines are met and effectively balance competing demands with minimal supervision, working independently or as a member of a team
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing service excellence and project a positive image of the organisation

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders and work well within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Initiative, problem solving and proactive work practices
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to use judgement and discretion in the dissemination of sensitive information
  • Competent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
