Senior Medical Staff Liaison Officer – HS 3

 Part time 0.6 FTE

 

Albury Wodonga Health requires a senior medical staff liaison officer to join the Medical Workforce Unit to provide senior assistance to the Director of Medical Services.

 

Primary responsibilities of this role:

  • To assist the Director of Medical Services, Clinical Directors and Senior Medical Officers  
  • Ensure the databases are up to date eg: leave, contracts, CME
  • Assist with senior medical staff rostering and timesheet processing
  • Manage travel and accommodation for senior medical staff
  • Ensure accounts relating to senior medical staff are verified, coded and ready for processing
