Albury and Wodonga Campus

 

Registrar Support Officer – HS3

Fulltime 1 FTE

 

Albury Wodonga Health requires a senior registrar support officer to join the Medical Workforce Unit to support HMO and Interns.

 

The Registrar support officer is responsible to Recruit, orientate, manage, support junior medical officers and provide support to Manager Medical Workforce Unit to ensure the effective functioning of the Medical Workforce Unit.

 

Primary responsibilities of this role:

 

  • To assist the Manager of Medical Workforce and Registrars
  • Responsible for orientation, rosters, leave management for junior medical staff
  • Ensure the databases are up to date eg: leave, contracts, credentialing
  • Managing accommodation allocations, security items etc
  • Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained to provide clinical support to all clinical areas
  • Ensure accounts relating to registrars are verified, coded and ready for processing

Successful applicants will be required to complete mandatory orientation modules using the AWH e-learning system prior to commencing employment. 

 

This is a Category B position.  Successful applicants of Category A positions must provide evidence of vaccination prior to commencement.
