Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is a cross border public health service which is the largest regional health care services between Sydney and Melbourne. It supports an outer catchment population of 250,000 and covers the North-East of Victoria and Southern New South Wales. The Role:

Our integrated dental service is part of a state-of-the-art eleven chair training facility and also an outreach dentistry model of care. Dependent upon skills and experience, this role may also involve the supervision of the La Trobe University Dentistry students, as well as the provision of clinical support to graduate dentists and oral health therapists to provide optimum patient care and quality customer service.


Working within public dentistry allows for opportunities to work with priority access groups, exposure to clinical challenges and patient diversity. Our multidisciplinary team is well engaged and passionate, with a focus upon providing an important clinical service to our community.


Salaries and conditions of employment will be in accordance with the General Dentists' Victorian Public Sector Multi-Enterprise Agreement and the grading of this role will be dependent upon skills and experience.


Successful applicant will be required to complete appropriate Criminal Record Screening paperwork/processes in order for AWH to meet its obligations regarding screening for serious criminal offences (within and external to Australia).  Applicants unable to commit to this screening process should not submit an application for employment.


Successful applicants will be required to complete mandatory orientation modules using the AWH e-learning system prior to commencing employment.


This is a Category A position; Successful applicants must provide evidence of vaccination prior to commencement.
