Ambulatory Rehabilitation Program


Dietitian – Grade 2

Permanent 76hrs/fortnight  


Albury Wodonga Health requires an enthusiastic Grade 2 dietitian to join the Allied Health team at Wodonga and Albury Hospital providing service to community dwelling clients.


The position provides home and centre based dietetics services to clients in Albury, Wodonga and surrounding shires, aiming to promote and maintain independence in all aspects of daily living. The successful applicant will work closely with colleagues within ambulatory rehabilitation, and will be well supported by the nutrition department.  


Primary responsibilities of this role are to provide high quality dietetic services to clients and their carers, including clinical, educative and consultative interventions in community settings.

Candidates meeting the following mandatory criteria are encouraged to apply:

  • Tertiary qualifications in dietetics, with eligibility for membership of DAA
  • Current driver's license

Salary and conditions of employment will be in accordance with the Allied Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020


Successful applicants will be required to complete appropriate Criminal Record Screening paperwork/processes in order for AWH to meet its obligations regarding screening for serious criminal offences (within and external to Australia).  Applicants unable to commit to this screening process should not submit an application for employment.


The successful applicant will be required to complete mandatory orientation modules using the AWH e-learning system prior to commencing employment.


This is a Category A position.  Successful applicants of Category A positions must provide evidence of vaccination prior to commencement.
