The Position

An outstanding opportunity exists for a position of GP Registrar – Obstetrics at Albury Wodonga Health for the 2020 clinical year.

Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is a major regional health service supporting a population catchment of 250,000 and encompassing two acute hospital sites, Albury Hospital and Wodonga Hospital.


The Obstetrics & Gynaecology unit at AWH is vibrant and supportive and the successful applicant will have a busy obstetrics load within a unit which delivers over 1,600 babies each year.


The Person

We encourage applicants who have been accepted into the Australian General Practice Training Program (AGPT) and have a long-term goal of regionally based general practice. A good understanding of the unique demands of rural/regional health will be highly regarded.


Successful applicants will be required to complete appropriate paperwork for AWH to satisfy credentialing obligations.
