Position Details

The Business Analyst role is responsible for the successful delivery of projects and initiatives across the Customer Experience division. This role will significantly contribute to the overall quality mapping of the Customer Experience team and support the implementation of several process improvement projects.

We are currently undergoing a time of significant change and are looking for passionate people with an eye for innovation to join our journey. 



  • Analyse data and business processes to identify areas for strategic improvement, points of failure, issues and risks.
  • Develop and implement process recommendations including documents, presentations, process maps and supporting metrics. 


Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • ability to develop strategic change management initiatives based on organisational needs, trends and developments; and
  • ability to lead and manage large scale projects and develop new project initiatives, address issues strategically and delegate effectively to ensure project success.


Salary Details

A base salary in the Grade VPS 6.1 - $120,692 - $141,102 plus 9.5% super.
