Position Details

The Learning & Development Officer role is responsible for the identification, development and implementation of Training initiatives across the Customer Experience Unit. This position will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify key areas for training and recommend, create and roll out training packages dependant on the significance of that change.

We are currently undergoing a time of significant change and are looking for passionate people with an eye for innovation to join our journey. 



  • Assist in driving efficiencies and continuous improvement for customer experiences and workflow / processes, supporting various continuous improvement programs and enhancement initiatives through identifying and closing training gaps.  
  • Ensure any process (improvements) changes are trained in accordance with Change and Release Management guidelines (Including KPI, Legal and internal/external stakeholder considerations).


Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • ability to consult on and develop training scopes and briefs, and manages training projects under limited direction;
  • ability to produce a comprehensive range of training materials and training reports; and
  • ability to lead discussions in a group setting and deliver conclusive reasoning and arguments to gain audience support.


Salary Details

A base salary in the Grade VPS 4 - $85,279 – $96,759 per annum plus 9.5% super.
