Position Details

Senior Advisor, Communications and Engagement, VPS-5, Analytics and Performance Branch

The Senior Advisor - Communications and Engagement will play a lead role in the People Matter Survey Reform team of the Victorian Public Sector Commission (VPSC). The People Matter Survey (PMS) is an employee perception and engagement survey that is used by organisations across the public sector to develop high performing cultures that support employee well-being. Providing high level support to the Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of communication and engagement strategies to explain and promote the survey and the reforms.

Understanding the importance of how communications and engagement activities need to be integrated, the Senior Advisor - Communications and Engagement will be both creative and detail oriented, with strong planning and organisation skills, excellent editorial skills and significant stakeholder engagement experience. Outstanding interpersonal skills are also required. You will be working in the People Matter Survey Reform team, but will also have support from the Communications and Engagement team of the VPSC.
