Senior Adviser, Organisational Development and Analytics, VPS-5, Analytics and Performance Branch

An opportunity exists for an Organisational Development and Analytics professional to join a team implementing a major change project initiated by the Victorian Public Sector Commission.

The People Matter Survey (PMS) is an employee perception and engagement survey that is used by organisations across the public sector to develop high performing cultures that support employee wellbeing. 2019 marks the beginning of a new phase for the PMS, where it will be enhanced to better support and engage organisations. The Senior Adviser, Organisational Development and Analytics will play a key role in shaping the implementation of the enhanced survey and associated services.

The person in this role will be heavily involved in developing and revising the new theoretical model to underpin the new PMS and the development of a revised set of questions to be used in future surveys. This will include undertaking analytics, in conjunction with our statistician and broader team, to test the validity of the new model and survey. They will also collaboratively design and deliver the engagement process by which the VPSC will work with its key stakeholders to communicate results and identify areas for action.

The Senior Adviser will work closely with an engaged and highly motivated team who bring specific technical expertise and program knowledge.

How to apply:

Applications including a cover letter with your resume, outlining your skills, knowledge and qualities that will make you a success within the VPSC are to be submitted online by selecting the "Apply Now” button.
