Business Intelligence Developer

The People and Analytics branch is undergoing an exciting process of reshaping and defining its reporting products. There is a strong need to increase the capability, expertise and grow the capacity of the current data team to deliver content rich reports. To support these needs, we need an individual with data warehousing and business intelligence expertise to enhance our existing reporting solution and lead the development of new reporting needs, with a focus on the People Matter Survey.

We're looking for a highly motivated leader, with 5+ years' experience leading, coaching and mentoring highly effective data warehouse and data platform teams. Working as part of a small, agile and dynamic team, this hands-on role will provide authoritative and expert strategic advice on all areas of reporting. You will have a real drive and passion for providing highly accurate and detailed reports to senior stakeholders. Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external clients is key to complete business requirements and complete documentation. The delivery of high-quality products that meets stakeholder needs is critical to the success of this role.
