About the role

Reporting directly to the Account Manager, the Service Delivery Manager will

  • Have significant face-to-face customer engagement, acting as a single point of contact to represent Cenitex from a service delivery perspective
  • Together with the Account Manager, lead, prioritise and coordinate service delivery activities to the customer
  • Collaborate across multiple support platforms and functions to ensure alignment between Service Delivery and technical delivery
  • Analyse and present SLA reporting, ensuring any direct impact is dealt with appropriately
  • Maintain communication with the customer around any major service outages and/or escalations
  • Present customers plans and strategy to internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular cost management analysis and delivery of various reports to meet contractual requirements
