Change Analyst is an ongoing full time role within the Service Delivery division that is responsible for the design, build, run and monitoring of change management services to customers of CenITex. Working closely with the Organisational Change function, the Change Analyst assists to plan, organise, and deliver organisational change management practices to ensure a smooth transition of new services. Working with stakeholders and the user community, you will accommodate their needs and prepare them for new technical / process components and technologies that will change the way they work, in accordance with defined policies, procedures, and standards.

About the Role

Change Analyst is an ongoing full time role within the Service Delivery division that is responsible for the design, build, run and monitoring of change management services to customers of CenITex.  Working closely with the Organisational Change function, the Change Analyst assists to plan, organise, and deliver organisational change management practices to ensure a smooth transition of new services.  Working with stakeholders and the user community, you will accommodate their needs and prepare them for new technical / process components and technologies that will change the way they work, in accordance with defined policies, procedures, and standards.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist to plan, deliver and support the change and transition roadmap, program and activities for Innovation and Delivery initiatives.
  • Determine key stakeholders affected by changes, business readiness levels in relation to changes, identify readiness gaps and make recommendations on closing gaps.
  • Assist the user community in the provision of transition support.
  • Undertake data gathering and analysis activities, collate findings and make recommendations.
  • Facilitate and capture business perspectives of key stakeholders to plan how new technical capabilities will be delivered to the business, including planning around key business cycles.
  • Develop and deliver communication and training plans.

 

About You -  Key Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in Change Management of complex technology projects/programs in a large and diverse organisation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to credibly communicate, facilitate and influence outcomes at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with proven ability to collate, assess and consider data/information/issues from different perspectives, present clear and meaningful information, and implement commercially sound recommendations.
  • Dedication to customer service with demonstrated experience in leading and implementing initiatives that deliver improved customer experience.


Education and Qualifications

  • Desirable: Change management certification (e.g. PROSCI or similar).
  • Desirable: Training and assessment certification.
  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Engineering or Business and/or equivalent experience.
