The opportunity

 Working with a small team of SCCM engineers, you will use your extensive experience to provide support to the SCCM, Adaptiva and AppV environments used by nearly 40,000 Victorian Government workstations/Servers.

 

Day to day you'll be expected to:

  • Monitor and maintain SCCM, Adaptiva and AppV infrastructure
  • Provide support to other level 1, 2 and 3 teams
  • Prepare and maintain Workstation and Server OS builds
  • Prepare and maintain Workstation and Server security updates
  • Troubleshoot application deployments
  • Develop SSRS reports

 

To be successful in the role, you'll have:

  • Extensive experience supporting SCCM2012 and above infrastructure in a medium to large sized organisation
  • Considerable experience supporting Windows 8/10 with SCCM2012 in a medium to large organisation (inc operating system creation/maintenance/deployment, patch management, driver pack creation)
  • Considerable experience creating and supporting software deployments via SCCM
  • Adaptiva support and troubleshooting would be highly regarded
