Health Care Worker

Permanent Part Time or Full Time – up to 80 hours per fortnight available

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualifications:

  1. Certificate III or IV – Ageing Support (CHC43015) including the medication component or willingness to complete or Certificate III – Individual Support (CHC33015)

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Experience or willingness to gain experience in aged care
  2. Knowledge of aged care standards
  3. Basic assessment and reporting skills
  4. Understanding of the concept of person-centred care
  5. Good communication skills
  6. A preparedness to engage in coach students and new staff
  7. Commitment to positive working relationships
