About The Role

As a Social Value, Capability & Inclusion Coordinator your days will be spent supporting your team with administrative tasks within the social procurement and industry capability space. This involves arranging meetings, event coordination, arranging training sessions, general administration and reporting (amongst a host of other adhoc duties). You will be the eyes and ears in the office for the Social Value, Capability & Inclusion Team who will rely on your heavily for your Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular), your organisation skills and your ability to take initiative with things that need doing.

You'll get the chance to be exposed to all sorts of interesting procurement processes, and drive process improvement initiatives to benefit the team. Expect to learn a lot and grow with the team as you all contribute positively and ethically to MRPV and the Victorian community.

About You

You're everyone's go-to person in the office when it comes to help with administrative functions, reporting and anything to do with the Microsoft suite. You can whip up a report in Excel quickly and effectively, and you're not afraid to take initiative when it comes to helping the team – whether that's making the effort to arrange someone's calendar, book a meeting for them or researching ethical local businesses.  Your team can give you a task, big or small, with limited direction and trust that you will find a way to achieve it.

You may be in a Team Assistant type role now, or potentially an Executive Assistant to multiple stakeholders. You can juggle multiple tasks at once, prioritise your to-do list effectively, and support the team with a positive attitude.

Why Work With Us?

  • You will be part of some of the biggest road infrastructure projects happening around Victoria.
  • You'll start to get excited about road works and upgrades happening on our major roads – knowing you are playing a part in making it happen is really rewarding.
  • You will work in a team that encourages career development, enjoyment and values hard work.
