As a key member of the wider Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA), Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) delivers major road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Established in July 2018, MRPV is growing rapidly and we are looking for passionate people like you to join us.

Position Details

About The Role

We have two ongoing Project Support Officer vacancies available, one in Melbourne and one based in Hallam. You will be working as part of a supportive and encouraging team of hard-working project people. As a Project Support Officer you will be responsible for supporting the project teams, and particularly the Program Director, with all administrative duties ranging from diary management, booking rooms, document preparation, managing the Program Director's inbox and calendar, reporting and all other adhoc administrative duties that may come your way.

About You

You might have a background in administration and/or customer service roles, and pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to organise. You love working with people that are different to you – whether that be different cultures, experience levels or personality types. You're a sponge and love to learn by doing and thrive in a busy environment.
