The North East Link Project will connect the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network, while increasing the capacity of the Eastern Freeway. It will slash travel times, get trucks off local roads and link key growth areas in the north and south-east.

About the opportunity

Be part of a transformative infrastructure project for Victoria, with an exciting role in the Office of the Director-General's Business Services team. The Office of the Director-General is currently seeking a Receptionist to be the face of their organisation. Reporting to the Business Support & Facilities Coordinator, this role will assist in completing various administrative duties such as stationary orders, coordinating car pool requests, handling mailing and postal processes, assisting with administrative onboarding procedures and most importantly, welcoming and directing guests for meetings. Key to your application will be your ability to demonstrate not only your interpersonal and organisation skills, but also your knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
