Reporting to the Relationship Manager, Skills and Jobs, this role is integral to the success of the Centre. These positions are the first point of contact for clients when they access the Skills and Jobs Centre services. These services include: • Understanding study options • Personal career planning • Gaining credit for existing skills • Learning about jobs in demand • Finding a job • Accessing other support services

Client Engagement Officer – Skills and Jobs Centre

4 Full Time Contracts to 20/12/2019

Location: Shepparton

We have a great opportunity for highly motivated and experienced individuals to undertake the role of Client Engagement Officer in our Shepparton Skills and Jobs Centre.  Reporting to the Relationship Manager, Skills and Jobs, this role is integral to the success of the Centre. These positions are the first point of contact for clients when they access the Skills and Jobs Centre services.  These services include:

  • Understanding study options
  • Personal career planning
  • Gaining credit for existing skills
  • Learning about jobs in demand
  • Finding a job
  • Accessing other support services

 

As the successful candidate you will have:                

  • Relevant qualifications with some related experience dealing with at risk clients preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in a customer service role preferably within a face to face environment
  • A Working with Children Check and Police Check
  • Valid Driver's License

Outstanding customer service, along with a professional approach is essential.
