Location:  Various

 GOTAFE is seeking to engage suitably qualified and committed trainers to join the team in providing quality education in the Food Technology field.  This role will be responsible for preparing and conducting courses and programs, manage industry clients and support the Commercial Manager in developing and delivering educational programs across the food and dairy processing industry.

 Skills in dairy that we are seeking include:

  • Evaporative drying
  • Dairy Engineering
  • Dairy Food Processing
  • Cheese Making
  • Milk Making
  • Quality Assurance

 To be considered for this role you will require as a minimum, Certificate IV in TAE40110 or equivalent, a current Working with Children Check and National Police Check, qualification/s and current industry experience in food manufacturing.  A valid driver's licence is also required.
