About the branch

The Commercial Partnerships and Operations Directorate provides the strategies, specialist advice, business processes and systems to efficiently and effectively deliver core support services to enable Parks Victoria to be financially sustainable, high performing, and ensure our activities are aligned with strategic objectives.

The Directorate maintains effective strategic level relationships to influence policy and legislation to provide an enabling environment as well as facilitating collaboration and championing continuous improvement at every opportunity.

 

About the role

The Commercial Planning Business Support Officer provides support and consultancy services to the business by undertaking a wide range of administrative, organisational, analytical and advisory duties.

This position provides support for administrative, transactional tasks such as data entry, reimbursements, training information and data management and contributes to continuous improvement. Other duties include preparation of submissions, reports and other correspondence; organisation of meetings and conferences, including the preparation and dissemination of minutes and other documentation arising from project related meetings and events; collate necessary HR/finance forms.

To be successful for this role you will need;

  • Demonstrated experience in an admin/business support team, including proficient use of relevant systems and software.
  • TAFE business certificate or equivalent desirable.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
  • High level of written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
