About the role

The position will lead a team to deliver on ground services in parks. The position is a hands-on management role, responsible for leading, managing and developing a team, developing works programs and working with community and partners to manage parks.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a diverse team.
  • A passion for developing a positive work place culture.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in workload management.
  • A strong customer service focus, both internally and externally.
  • A track record in dealing with diverse stakeholders on a range of land management issues.

Also:

  • Tertiary qualification in Science or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • A current Victorian driver's licence is required.
