    The role

    Reporting to the Director, Student Success; the Student Experience Coordinator is responsible for leading the Student Experience team in the delivery of student services, enhancing the services delivered and supporting students' participation, engagement, retention and success in their studies. By working closely with support and teaching staff, management and wider networks you will work across our diverse student population ensuring that everyone has equitable access and support in their studies at GOTAFE.

    To be considered for this opportunity, GOTAFE is seeking self-motivated, innovative team player with the ability to coordinate and supervise services which include the application of contemporary theories of welfare, counselling and psychological practice, networking and building relationships relevant to an educational setting. You will have demonstrated ability to work with a high level of professional integrity and respect using work practices consistent with confidentiality and privacy legislation. You will have a minimum of Bachelor Degree within social and community welfare/health, psychology, counselling or social work and experience in team leader or management roles.

    GOTAFE are flexible with sector experience but are seeking someone with strong community values and a passion for life-long learning and regional communities.
