An exciting ongoing opportunity exists for a Manager, Electronic Monitoring Centre.

Corrections Victoria uses electronic monitoring technology to monitor offenders' compliance with order conditions. Corrections Victoria fully manages and operates the electronic monitoring program including undertaking equipment installations, case management of offenders subject to electronic monitoring and operation of the 24 x7 Electronic Monitoring Centre.

The Manager, Electronic Monitoring Centre is responsible for the leadership, management and operational oversight of the 24x7 Electronic Monitoring Centre.

Quality and high performance are critical to the successful operation of the Electronic Monitoring Centre and this role requires the ability to manage and supervise staff in a complex operational environment. Contribution to ongoing improvements to internal systems such as response procedures and quality assurance processes is also required.

As our ideal candidate, you will demonstrate a broad understanding of current and emerging issues affecting the management of offenders subject to electronic monitoring and demonstrate an understanding of the challenges of managing a team as well as various stakeholders within a complex environment, such as Corrections.
