Position Details

About the role

Working within a small and supportive team, this role has been created to assist with the roll out of our internal Electronic Document and Records Management system. As the successful applicant you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders, your main responsibilities will include:

  • The further development of the Business Classification Scheme for incorporation into the EDRMS software.
  • Assisting in new and current software deployment and increasing usage and engagement, including development and implementation of strategies and materials
  • Assisting areas with the EDRMS deployment and resolving uptake issues as they start to work in a digital environment.
  • Completing of mapping the business classification scheme

Skills & experience

  • High level knowledge of records management principles and practices, including PROV requirements
  • Experience communicating records management requirements within small teams as well as at an organisation wide level
  • Experience in consulting with users to identify and implement suitable software design solutions that align within a holistic approach
  • Ability to design and run suitable workshops to gather required information
  • Demonstrated extensive advanced knowledge and use of Micro Focus Content Manager or recent version(s) of this software, preferable at a System Administrator level
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and advanced computer skills
