What we’re looking for
We are looking for an energetic, positive and dynamic Change Lead to join an agile and high-performing team to play a key role in our organisational-wide transformation program. Reporting to the Project Director, you will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, governance, culture and organisational development.

- Fixed Term, 12 month contract; salary from $111,484 plus super
What you’ll do
This role will suit an individual who is comfortable working at a strategic level to advise on and deliver an overarching change management strategy. Thriving in the tactical undertaking of change impact assessments and working with the Program Director and stream leads; you will ensure increased employee adoption and utilisation of key change initiatives, with minimal resistance.
The focus of the role is to increase benefit realisation, value creation, return on investment and the achievement of results and outcomes.
More broadly, you will;
- Deliver a transformation change management strategy, making updates as required
- Develop an approach to drive change management in line with best practice change principles
- Ensure that transformational change is embedded across all aspects of the business
- Contribute to advancing the knowledge of change management best practices and approaches
- Coach and support stakeholders, including executive staff to deliver and embed change according to the Transformation Program Roadmap
With demonstrated experience leading a change program through a structured organisation and high knowledge of change management principles, you are articulate, collaborative, an enabler and a natural mentor with exceptional relationship development skills and a focus on outcomes.
You will have the ability to build and maintain trusting and credible relationships at all levels of the organisation, including at the executive level. You will be a natural influencer and have demonstrated experience in increasing participation, buy-in and organisational wide support for transformational change through employee engagement strategies.
Solid project management experience with excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills will see you excel in this role.
We’d love you to have some management consulting experience with a recognised consulting firm.
