Senior Manager Safety, Wellbeing and Strategy and Programs

  • $163,931 - $ 222,948 p.a. plus superannuation

The People and Business Division provide business enabling people and corporate services functions, to drive a high-performance culture and to support integrated operations.

The Senior Manager Safety and Wellbeing Strategy and Programs leads strategy team to design, develop and implement DoT's Safety and Wellbeing Strategic plan and management framework. The role will provide expert advice and leadership within the broader team to support the operations and reporting to ensure key deliverable outcomes are met.

Using your specialist knowledge and strategic expertise, you will lead transformational change in Safety and Wellbeing to reduce and prevent workplace injuries and illness. You will have excellent working knowledge of Victorian OHS legislation and confidently interpret and apply the provisions of the legislation, policies and standards as they relate to the workplace.
