You possess strong skills in:

  • Strategic HR leadership

You have experience in:

  • Proven OD/HR operational effectiveness
  • Background in organisational development conducting administrative investigations with a focus on outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in developing capability at the HR practitioner level and leadership capability at the organisational level.

About your new role:
The Head Of People and Culture works in our Executive team. 

In demonstrating strategic leadership, the Head of People and Culture will:

  • Contribute to the effective planning, implementation and review of the VO's strategic, operational, project and risk frameworks and policies
  • Lead the design and delivery of best-practice Human Resources initiatives with a focus on building organisational capability, workforce planning, succession & talent management, enhancing recruitment, leadership development and driving diversity practices
  • Lead and implement the introduction of a new Human Capital Management system, including any organisational and team capability upskilling.
