Her role is to ensure that state and local government services are delivered in a fair and reasonable manner that is compatible with the rights protected by the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006. The Ombudsman also investigates allegations of improper conduct referred by the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC).

About the role
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) oversees the delivery of the ICT strategy and roadmap that sees stable delivery whilst capitalising on the opportunities for digital innovation. This position provides leadership to the IT and information management functions including developing a culture that focuses on high performance, fostering technical expertise and creating the next group of leaders.

You will have a high level of strategic and technical expertise with experience in leading by example, inspiring, motivating and developing technical experts with a commitment to exceptional service delivery.
