The ITSM System Administrator provides a critical operational function within the Workplace and Service Management team.  As a member of the Information Services Division (ISD) the role is required to deliver a customer first approach to the delivery of end user service solutions and process automation.

The incumbent will work closely with the Service Management Team Leader and other key stakeholders to maintain the department's ITSM tool and corporate service portal, focussing on delivering improved customer experience and to streamline services through process automation and simplification.

This is an ongoing position.
