The Project Officer Development and Foundation is responsible for providing project coordination, administration and support for the Development Marketing and Communications team in the Engagement and Impact Division. The role also plays a vital function assisting with administration, agendas and related projects for the Foundation Board. 

Success Profile

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Three+ years of project coordination experience
  •  Demonstrated experience in managing the changing priorities and deadlines of multiple projects
  • Sound understanding and experience of the operation of volunteer or other Boards, with related knowledge of formal processes and governance requirements
  • Experience in coordinating the administrative needs of a Board (e.g. meeting preparation, minute taking, member liaison, etc)
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with particular effectiveness in use of PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel, MS Project or similar
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and solve problems confidently and sensitively
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
