Application Support Advisor
- Annual Salary Range: VPS5 $103,920 - $125,735 per annum excl superannuation
- Tenure: Ongoing
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Usual Work Location: Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available)
About the Opportunity
The role is a key support resource for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) application. The role will support the users and business areas to resolve queries and incidents, support the continuous improvement / changes and enhancement of the application through better use of functionality, lead analysis and testing of changes initiated by business requirements or Oracle patching. The role will also support the various data sets in EPM to facilitate management reporting.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key skills:
- Assist in service delivery for user application support for budgeting and reporting applications
- Support the monitoring of daily scheduled processes and take appropriate action to remediate issues
- Support for all stages of system development including business analysis, user interface/screen design, functionality suggestions
- Liaising with the business SMEs to gathering requirements and providing the best solution within given time frames
- Actively support in improving existing business processes, reporting and data management using Oracle budget and reporting applications.
Mandatory
- Experience with corporate budget and planning applications.
- Hand-on skills in the design, development and implementing applications using Oracle Hyperion/Essbase or equivalent.
- Experience in using integration technology to maintain data between applications and data warehouses
