Success in this role calls for someone adaptable, curious and ready to collaborate. You'll undertake critical delivery functions interchangeable, from analysis to change management, responding with agility to support the evolving needs of the scheme.

Key accountabilities

• Lead and manage the development of relevant projects to support the RTWV Business Unit and WorkSafe's strategic programs, including Agent based initiatives. Initiates, establishes and maintains key strategic relationships with a broad range of stakeholders promoting RTWV's key objectives

• Undertake the role of Project Management, some business analysis and change management activities interchangeably, with the purpose of leading the business through transformation and supporting impacted areas through change.

• Develop robust Business Cases based on research with clear and sound justification towards recommended options, anticipating opportunities, benefits, risk, interdependencies and financial considerations.

• Systematically research and conduct in-depth analysis of complex data and information, using various analytical techniques to propose systematic solution options to specific issues.
• Identify and work with stakeholders to make recommendations in regard to their involvement/influence on project outcomes. Determine the best approach to implement new or changed policy and make strategic recommendations accordingly.

• Identify impacts on operations, clients and stakeholders and make recommendations to influence on project outcomes, as well as contributing to the overall RTWV Business Unit's planning and strategy, including the risk management framework.

• Lead or participate in strategic project reviews relating to scheme viability, market trends and developments, streamlining of policies / work practices and any other issues related to current and future operations.
