Position Details

The Team Leader HR Services leads a team in providing high quality, customer-centric HR operational services to support the successful delivery of government and community priorities.

The Team Leader HR Services is responsible for delivering service excellence and building a high performing culture in providing high quality, customer-centric and responsive HR Services to support the employee lifecycle across DELWP. 

The Team Leader HR Services works with a range of partners to ensure the integrated and seamless delivery of HR operational services to DELWP.

The Team Leader HR Services is a member of the HR Services Unit in People & Culture Division, contributing to the delivery of group and departmental priorities, and to building an inclusive and high performing workforce that is customer focused, collaborative, professional and engaged.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of VPS Human Resource policy frameworks and relevant EBAs.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in managing and supporting the delivery of high quality, customer-centric HR services in complex and/or changing business environments.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within with hybrid work arrangements available.
